250 g of sugar
180 gr of butter
100 ml of oil
150 ml of milk
400 gr all purpose flour
4 gr of baking powder
a pinch of salt
zest from two lemons
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla flavour until you get a foamy mass.
Add butter (that has softened at room temperature), and continue mixing until homogenized.
Add oil and milk and continue mixing.
Add zest from two lemons and a pinch of salt and mixed until you get an uniformed texture.
Beat egg whites and add them to the previously made mixture.
Mix the flour and the baking powder and start adding it to the pre-made mixture.
Mix until you get an uniformed texture.
Spread some oil over the baking tray and afterwards sprinkle it with flour.
Remove excess of flour and place the mixture in the baking tray .
Add raspberries, frozen or fresh.
The amount of raspberry can vary from 100 to 350 gr.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
The baking tray diameter from the video is 26 cm.
