Pravi gurmanski gulaš, naljut…Pire obavezno sa puterom i mlekom.

500.gr svinjske plecke, 500.gr crnog luka, mast, so, biber, zacin po ukusu. 1 kasicica aleve paprike, casa vode, 1. ljuta papricica, 3. crvene pecene paprike.

500.gr pork shoulder, 500.gr onion, lard, salt, pepper, spice to taste. !. a teaspoon of allspice, a glass of water, 1. hot pepper, 3. red roasted peppers.

Za pire – krompir, mleko, puter

For puree – potatoes, milk, butter
