600gr.brašna
30gr.kvasca/germe
1,5-2dl.ulja
500gr.sira
Još 1di.ulja
vodu dodati po potrebi oko 300ml.
Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200c a potom smanjiti temperaturu na 180c/30min.OBAVEZNO NAKON 10 MIN.POKRITE POKVAŠENIM PEK PAPIROM.
