Greek Orange Cake – Portokalopita ( Πορτοκαλόπιτα ) – Traditional Greek Orange Pie Dessert
Recipe:
Needed for cake –
500 g. Filo sheets
3 eggs
200 g. Sugar
2 Whole oranges
300 g. Greek yogurt
150 ml. Milk
100 ml. Olive oil
20g. vanilla sugar
10g. baking powder
Needed for syrup-
300 g. Sugar
300 ml. water
200 ml. Orange juice
The pie is baked for 40 minutes at 370 degrees F
